ABOUT DR. ISABEL C. GREZ
I’m a recovering creator—the daughter of a lineage of artists—yet, like many, I once set my own creativity aside.
After years as a designer, I immersed myself in learning sciences, earning a master’s and doctorate from Columbia University to study creativity—instead of practicing it!
My research led to a framework for life-centered embodied creativity. But buried in academia, I longed to create yet felt numb and afraid.
So, with my husband and two kids, I moved to Costa Rica to heal my creative wounds, applying everything I knew. During this time, two heart surgeries gave me an intimate glimpse of my own pulsing heart—like a wild animal. Since that moment, I let this powerful inner force drive my work as I deepened my exploration of creativity’s embodied and spiritual dimensions.
Now, through The Creative Nest, I help others discover or recover their creativity—I pour my heart into this work. With over seven years of experience facilitating creative learning, I bridge research and practice, bringing spirituality back into creativity.
I invite you on this journey of the soul. Wherever you are, at whatever stage—it is time, my dear, to let creativity flow through your entire being.

- The Head to Heart Masterclass will be held on Thursday, February 27th at 7PM ET. It consists of one live session, approximately 90 minutes long, including a Q&A segment.
- Joining instructions for the session and access to our private Finding Flow Facebook group will be emailed to you upon registration. Please allow up to 20 minutes for the welcome email to arrive. If you don’t receive it, please contact me at isabelcorreagrez@gmail.com and my team will assist you as soon as possible.
- While joining the live session is highly recommended for the best experience, if you’re unable to attend, free replays will be available until Thursday, March 6th inside the Finding Flow private Facebook group.
