She holds a Master and Doctorate in Learning Design from Columbia University, where her research explored the intersections of embodied cognition, creative psychology, and philosophy to understand how creativity works—and how we can nurture it.
As the founder of The Creative Nest, Isabel blends science and transformative practices to help businesses overcome creative barriers and unlock their team’s full potential. She empowers organizations to cultivate a culture of creativity that not only drives innovation but also fosters a meaningful environment where people can thrive and become their best selves.
Now based in Costa Rica, Isabel lives with her husband and two children, practicing the art of living a creative life.
