Creativity has always been my calling. It’s what people turned to me for as a child, and it’s what I’ve devoted my life to—studying, practicing, and guiding others on their creative journeys.

I hold a master’s and doctorate from Columbia University, where I explored the science of how people make things—how ideas take shape, how imagination unfolds, and how creativity emerges in the process.

My work brings together research, my own journey of creative recovery, and over seven years of experience facilitating creative learning. Over time, I’ve gathered countless tools, frameworks, and methods to help creativity flow again.

Through The Creative Nest, I guide people to move past creative blocks, trust their intuition, and reignite their creative selves—so they can live meaningful, fulfilling lives rooted in a devotional creative practice.

I also work with organizations, using research-backed practices to cultivate cultures of creativity—fueling innovation while fostering environments where people thrive and do their best work.
